Customer Success Intern (summer-internship)


Under the direct leadership of our Customer Success Lead & VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with both the Sales and Product teams. You will be supporting customer success lead with customer interactions, delivering exceptional support, and fostering long-term relationships and increased sales.

Your main objectives will be to support and engage customers in their overall interactions with our Software DigiPART.

  • Organize and guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our solutions.
  • Conduct product training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the benefits of our software.
  • Support customers with their inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the product team to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues to the CS lead and appropriate departments and ensure timely resolution.
  • Gather customer feedback on product functionality, features, and overall satisfaction (NPS)
  • Adhere to and consistently apply all established processes and procedures to maintain compliance with company quality standards,
  • Actively engage in identifying and implementing improvements to existing processes, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to continuous enhancement in line with its quality standards.


  • Bachelor’s degree required Business, Marketing, or a related field and/or proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Willingness to learn and commit to a couple of weeks of training,


  • Experience collaborating with customer-facing role

  • Good working attitude and willingness to adapt to diverse cultures and ways of working
  • Must have good ethics and be able to conduct with honesty and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
