The offered position of VP Sales Asia’s mission is to strengthen Spare Parts 3D’s executive team with experienced talent and an agile mind to support the company sales in the region.

Responsibilities

Your main objective (not restrictive) will consist of:

  • Managing the Sales team in Singapore (2 sales full-time now, growing fast)
  • Hiring the next best profiles to join the sales team.
  • Organize and the drumbeat the sales operations to achieve objectives.
  • Coordinate with the VP sales Europe to define the sales & marketing plans for SEA
  • Participate in the Executive committee

Expected experiences:

  • 10+ years in sales and sales management
  • Proven experience as Sales director, especially on fast-growing business/startup
  • Experience in selling service and SAAS preferred.
  • Experience in B2B industrial sector (e.g, maritime, O&G, industrial equipment, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience in Additive Manufacturing is a plus

Your role at Spare Parts 3D:

Directly reporting to the VP of Sales, you will take the lead of the sales for Spare Parts 3D’s on-demand production offer in Singapore, especially:

  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to develop a strong lead generation stream
  • Develop new customer accounts and grow clientele base
  • Manage, service, and develop existing clients through customer visits and sales presentation
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and personal involvement in customer relationships
  • Participate in weekly operation meeting with procurement and engineering
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, presentations, etc.
  • Revenue and target-driven operations. Front line sales.

Requirements and expected skills:

  • 3 years minimum of relevant experience in Sales, preferably in a “hunting” capacity.
  • Required languages: fluent English,
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving objectives,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management, and problem-solving skills,
  • Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, independent, and self-motivated,

Votre rôle chez Spare Parts 3D :

Rattaché directement au VP Sales, vous prendrez la direction des ventes de l’offre de production à la demande de Spare Parts 3D en France, notamment :

  • Accroître les revenus et les atteindre les objectifs mensuels de ventes. Être le garant des ventes et de la marge associée
  • Etablir le plan de prospection en collaboration avec l’équipe marketing pour développer un solide flux de génération de leads
  • Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe marketing pour développer un solide flux de génération de leads
  • Développer de nouveaux comptes clients et développer la clientèle
  • Gérer, entretenir et développer les clients existants par le biais de visites clients et de présentations commerciales
  • Maintenir des niveaux élevés de satisfaction client et d’implication personnelle dans les relations clients
  • Participer à une réunion de suivi hebdomadaire avec les équipes d’approvisionnement et d’ingénierie
  • Préparer un rapport de vente hebdomadaire et mensuel

 

Exigences et compétences attendues:

  • 3 ans minimum d’expérience pertinente en vente
  • Langues requises : Anglais. Français ou Allemand courant est un plus
  • Capable d’atteindre ses objectifs
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale associées à la créativité, l’initiative, la négociation, une bonne gestion et des compétences en résolution de problèmes
