Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of qualification envelopes for Additive Manufacturing (AM)
  • Elevating process definition and documentation toward automated streamlined qualification of parts for high-mix low-volume production
  • Collaboration with DigiPART Product and R&D Teams to ensure the identification and implementation of new features supporting the activity
  • Engage with development partners and collaboration with vendors

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in engineering (mechanical, material, process, or related field)
  • Proven experience in a production engineering role (manufacturing / AM industry)
  • 4 to 6 years of hands-on printing experience in the relevant AM metal technology (industrialization strategies, build failure analysis).
  • Has led the qualification of end-use parts for industrial equipment (oil & gas, mobility, offshore, power generation, …)
  • Strong knowledge in manufacturing, machining, heat treatment, and quality control.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant quality standards within the manufacturing sector, particularly those applicable to additive manufacturing such as ASTM, DNV, or API.
  • Strong collaborative skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams, including development, operation, and quality assurance departments.

About Spare Parts 3D Qatar

A joint Venture between Spare Parts 3D and HE Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Ahmed Al Thani (Chairman of Al-Wajba group) was established in 2023. SP3D Qatar receives the support from Al-Wajba group. SP3D Qatar’s focus is to contribute to Qatar’s economic development by introducing additive manufacturing into the country. This initiative aims to enhance in-country value (ICV) for the spare parts supply chain, aligning with national development goals and advancing technological capabilities within Qatar.

Responsibilities

You will be directly attached to the company COO and fully dedicated to project management with international customers and project management process improvement. As such, your overall mission will be to support the deployment of DigiPART in customer operations.

  • Support customer relationship management (meeting preparation & and animation)
  • Support customer project follow-up in all aspects with specific focus on
  • Project timeline management: planning definition and follow-up, identification of roadblocks and escalation, action plan definition and tracking
  • Project quality steps management
  • Improvement of internal processes
  • Interface with the different internal & and external stakeholders and proper escalation of potential issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Animation of dedicated project and performance review
  • Improvement of Spare Parts 3D internal processes

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with autonomy, initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, and team-spirited
  • Required languages: fluent English is mandatory. French & and Arabic nice to have
  • Strong organizational ability required to handle multiple short-term topics
  • Strong project management and coordination
  • Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines, interested in international exposure
  • Contribute to maintaining diversity of profile and thinking,
  • Lead by example the implementation of the SP3D code of ethics.

Profile:

A seasoned professional with proven successful experience in the project management of complex projects in the industry or services. Knowledge of Additive manufacturing technologies is a plus, as well as exposure to the Energy sector.

Overview:

SP3D QATAR enables the digitization of the Spare Parts supply chain by leveraging 3D printing solutions with a focus on the industrial sector. We are seeking a highly motivated talent to further structure our footprint in Qatar and lead our development.

Reporting to the Board of Directors and coached by Spare Parts 3D’s Chief Revenue Officer, the Senior Business Developer will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the Qatari market, with a particular focus on industrial clients. The successful candidate will create and lead a team of sales professionals and a customer success team. He/she will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and driving growth in Qatar. This is a key leadership role within the organization, and the successful candidate will have a track record of success in selling services and/or software to industrial clients and building successful sales teams in a scale-up environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Qatari market’s sales strategy, focusing on industrial clients, including setting targets and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create, Lead, and motivate, a team of sales professionals and customer success, including setting goals and providing ongoing coaching and development.
  • Report to the Board of Directors
  • Achieve revenue targets through the development of new business and the expansion of existing accounts in the industrial sector.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and develop plans to pursue them, with a focus on the industrial sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive growth and improve the customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs in the industrial sector to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industrial customers and partners.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by bringing a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to the role.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • A team player who thrives in helping others succeed.
  • Proven track record of success in selling services and/or software to industrial clients and building successful sales teams in a startup environment.
  • Proven experience in selling innovative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Qatari market and experience selling in the region
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, French is a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
