Responsibilities

Your main objective (not restrictive) will consist of:

  • To build and deliver the best possible experiences for customers and subsequent value for the company with the CPO,
  • Oversee all system design and make recommendations for enterprise architecture on how work should best get done,
  • Track product performance metrics and KPIs associated with the performance of development teams (team velocity, product defects, and cycle time to improve the development process),
  • Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets,
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes,

The offered position of VP Sales Asia’s mission is to strengthen Spare Parts 3D’s executive team with experienced talent and an agile mind to support the company sales in the region.

Responsibilities

Your main objective (not restrictive) will consist of:

  • Managing the Sales team in Singapore (2 sales full-time now, growing fast)
  • Hiring the next best profiles to join the sales team.

Directly reporting to the VP of Sales, you will take the lead of the sales for Spare Parts 3D’s on-demand production offer in Singapore, especially:

  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to develop a strong lead generation stream
  • Develop new customer accounts and grow clientele base
  • Manage, service, and develop existing clients through customer visits and sales presentation
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and personal involvement in customer relationships
  • Participate in weekly operation meeting with procurement and engineering
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, presentations, etc.
  • Revenue and target-driven operations. Front line sales.

Requirements and expected skills:

  • 3 years minimum of relevant experience in Sales, preferably in a “hunting” capacity.

Responsibilities

Under direct monitoring from the head of the operation, your scope of work will mainly consist of improving 3D Printing process knowledge on critical technologies in order to improve parts quality for all production in Asia. This includes processes such as SLM / SLS / FDM / SLA.

In detail you will be responsible for :

  • Developing/updating Process quality standards for Metal & plastic additive manufacturing processes using Process FMEA approach in relation with the local engineering team and French-based quality team
  • Developing Process control plan for each typology of process and material based on previously developed FMEA format
  • Developing and applying standards to ensure risk management of the different project types in SP3D Asia (Design QC standards, Production QC standards) in relation with French Quality team and head of the operation
  • Ensuring QC for all parts delivered to Singapore platform, identify potential NCS, and ensure corrective action
  • Lead problem-solving approach (internally  with suppliers) to identify root causes of NC’s and ensure non-recurrence of risks
  • Update accordingly standards (FMEA / PQCP / QC standards…)
