Responsibilities

Your main objective (not restrictive) will consist in:

  • Industrialization project : supporting the development of our customers’ catalogue of 3D printable spare parts,
  • Responssable of the of the distributed production and quality management,
  • Process analysis and improvement: Improving, standardizing and qualifying our production processes, together with our machine manufacturers, research and certification partners,

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of exp,
  • Master degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering,
  • Experience in 3D modelling and printing process (FDM, SLA, MFJ,…),
  • Exceptionally motivated and willing to learn,
  • Team player,

Bonus points

  • Can get hands into some codes (Python, C++).

Responsibilities

Under the lead of a senior engineer, your main objectives (not restrictive) will consist in:

  • Manage the production of 3D printing of parts (3D model cleaning, part slicing, post-processing, quality check, etc).
  • Are highly curious and creative and a hands-on problem solver.
  • Interested in materials, making and fabrication processes.
  • Interested in the digitization of traditional processes.
  • Can smoothly navigate competing priorities, tight deadlines, and last minute projects.
  • A friendly communicator who can interface with all teams to get things done.

Requirements

Requirements and expected skills:

  • In-study of a Master degree in Material science or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (Singaporean University or elligible to WHP),
  • Exceptionally motivated and willing to learn.
  • Team player.
  • Rapid problem solver.
  • Rigorous and conscientious at work.
  • Very focused and can operate efficiently with minimal supervision.

Bonus 

  • Familiarity with CAD software.

What you’ll be working on

Working Full Stack (e.g. Frontend, DevOps, QA):

  • Work in an agile environment with other developers on an industrial-grade SaaS,
  • Program new features, deploy and maintain using mainly Django framework,

Responsibilities

Integration and automation of engineering processes:

  • Bring innovative features to the existing software tools to improve SP3D’s industrialization capabilities,
  • Create bridges between applications to smoothen the engineering workflow,
  • Build internal (clean and reusable) tools to improve testing and experimentations,
  • Ship reliable software through continuous integration, test automation, and code reviews,
  • Good understanding and speaking level of English

Requirements

Requirements and expected skills:

  • BS/MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with equivalent practical experience,
  • Minimum two years of professional experience with Python in product(s) that went into production (if possible, provide git repo),

 

  • You can speak Python, C#, C++, Java and some local dialects such as HTML/CSS/JS-JQuery,
  • You already scaled your ops using one of those cloud services AWS, Google Cloud or Azure,
  • You have been handling (no)-relational databases for a minimum of two years of experience,
  • Solid understanding of software architecture,
  • Experience in building REST APIs,

Responsibilities

Your main objective (not restrictive) will consist of:

  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to develop a strong lead generation stream
  • Develop new customer accounts and grow clientele base
  • Manage, service and develop existing clients through customer visits and sales presentation
  • Participate in the production of sales collateral
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and personal involvement in customer relationships in order to remain consistent with business principles.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales report, presentation etc.
  • Revenue and target driven operations. Front line sales.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience as a sales executive or business developer, preferably in Prototyping or CAD/CAM industry
  • Required languages: fluent English and Chinese
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management and problem-solving skills
  • Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, independent and self-motivated
  • Strong project management and coordination
  • Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Interest in Digital Manufacturing (3D printing), Industry 4.0,
  • Must possess Class 3 driving licence with own vehicle
  • Singaporean or PR preferred

Compensation

  • Salary: SGD 2000 – 3000

Directly reporting to CEO, you will take the lead of developing marketing and communications plans for Spare Parts 3D, especially:

  • Working jointly with other team members for writing and publishing short summaries of technical studies, news from the industry, points of view, etc.
  • Feeding company blog and other communication channels with regular internally or externally contents,
  • Sustaining company online presence (company website & social media),
  • Conducting business development missions depending on the growth of the company (research potential customers, support outsourcing in Asia and Europe),
  • Ensuring marketing intelligence on 3D printing and Home Appliance Industry,
  • Supporting in preparing presentations and marketing brochures for clients.

Master in Marketing/Communications/Business Management

  • Excellent English skills (written & spoken),
  • Good writing and synthesis skills,
  • Former working experience in Marketing or Communications,
  • Exceptionally motivated, proactive, self-organized, and willing to learn,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
  • Team player, interest in new technologies,
  • Former experience in a start-up appreciated,
  • Quick learning and adaptation skills,
  • Eligible to WHP in Singapore,
  • Be enrolled in an MSc or MBA academic program.

Deployment and maintenance of different systems/apps:

  • Customer App: automatic financial analysis and tools. Part Catalogue and customer information.
  • Engineering data management and IP protection,
  • Deploy and support our operational IT backbone infrastructure from customer order collection to production and quality assurance,
  • Secure company’s and customers’ data throughout operations,
  • Have an understanding and appreciation of web engineering best practices,
