Your main objective (not restrictive) will consist of:

  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to develop a strong lead generation stream
  • Develop new customer accounts and grow clientele base
  • Manage, service and develop existing clients through customer visits and sales presentation
  • Participate in the production of sales collateral
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and personal involvement in customer relationships in order to remain consistent with business principles.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales report, presentation etc.
  • Revenue and target driven operations. Front line sales.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors.


  • 1-2 years of work experience as a sales executive or business developer, preferably in Prototyping or CAD/CAM industry
  • Required languages: fluent English and Chinese
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management and problem-solving skills
  • Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, independent and self-motivated

  • Interest in Digital Manufacturing (3D printing), Industry 4.0,

What you’ll be working on

Working Full Stack (e.g. Frontend, DevOps, QA):

  • Work in an agile environment with other developers on an industrial-grade SaaS,
  • Program new features, deploy and maintain using mainly Django framework,


Integration and automation of engineering processes:

  • Bring innovative features to the existing software tools to improve SP3D’s industrialization capabilities,
  • Create bridges between applications to smoothen the engineering workflow,
  • Build internal (clean and reusable) tools to improve testing and experimentations,
  • Ship reliable software through continuous integration, test automation, and code reviews,
  • Good understanding and speaking level of English


Requirements and expected skills:

  • BS/MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with equivalent practical experience,
  • Minimum two years of professional experience with Python in product(s) that went into production (if possible, provide git repo),


  • You can speak Python, C#, C++, Java and some local dialects such as HTML/CSS/JS-JQuery,
  • You already scaled your ops using one of those cloud services AWS, Google Cloud or Azure,
  • You have been handling (no)-relational databases for a minimum of two years of experience,
  • Solid understanding of software architecture,
  • Experience in building REST APIs,

Bonus points:

  • Additive manufacturing industry experience,
  • Data engineering/machine learning,
  • OpenCV, PERL.

  • Responssable of the of the distributed production and quality management,
  • Process analysis and improvement: Improving, standardizing and qualifying our production processes, together with our machine manufacturers, research and certification partners,


  • 1-2 years of exp,
  • Master degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering,
  • Experience in 3D modelling and printing process (FDM, SLA, MFJ,…),
  • Exceptionally motivated and willing to learn,
  • Team player,

  • Can get hands into some codes (Python, C++).
