Responsibilities

Your main objective (not restrictive) will consist of:

  • Manage, service and develop existing clients through customer visits and sales presentation,
  • Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets,
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing,
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings,
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events,
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings,
  • Developing quotes and proposals including negotiation by phone, email, and in person,
  • Inform our customer base about new developments in the company’s products,
  • Participate in daily operation meeting with sales and engineering,
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales report, presentation etc.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors.

You will be involved in all process improvement activities aiming at efficiency increase and process streamlining.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field,
  • 1-2 years of work experience as a sales executive or business developer, preferably in Prototyping or Engineering service industry,
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management and problem-solving skills,
  • Required languages: fluent English and Chinese,
  • Interest in Digital Manufacturing (3D printing), Industry 4.0,
  • Singaporean preferred.

 

Compensation

  • Salary: SGD 2000 – 3000

Responsibilities

Your scope of work will mainly consist on supporting the company development through procurement and administrative task such as :

  • Daily sourcing activities for the different processes involved in our activities, identification and contracting with new Asia based companies,
  • Daily management of supplier price demand for new products in direct relation with engineering & sales,
  • Daily management and thorough tracking of supplier delivery on time and quality,
  • Daily supplier payment management and tracking,
  • Daily operational review with sales and engineering,
  • Weekly operational review on past and future delivery,
  • Weekly customer invoicing and payment tracking,
  • Monthly supplier performance follow-up,
  • Monthly sales invoicing status You will be involved in all process improvement activities aiming at efficiency increase and process streamlining.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of work experience as a Procurement &/or administrative executive,
  • Required languages: fluent English and Chinese,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with autonomy, initiative, negotiation, and problem-solving skills,
  • Strong organizational ability required to handle multiple short-term topics,
  • Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, and team spirited,
  • Strong project management and coordination,
  • Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines,
  • Singaporean preferred.

Compensations

What you’ll be working on

Working Full Stack (e.g. Frontend, DevOps, QA):

  • Work in an agile environment with other developers on an industrial-grade SaaS,
  • Program new features, deploy and maintain using mainly Django framework,

Responsibilities

Integration and automation of engineering processes:

  • Bring innovative features to the existing software tools to improve SP3D’s industrialization capabilities,
  • Create bridges between applications to smoothen the engineering workflow,
  • Build internal (clean and reusable) tools to improve testing and experimentations,
  • Ship reliable software through continuous integration, test automation, and code reviews,
  • Good understanding and speaking level of English

Requirements

Requirements and expected skills:

  • BS/MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with equivalent practical experience,
  • Minimum two years of professional experience with Python in product(s) that went into production (if possible, provide git repo),

 

  • You can speak Python, C#, C++, Java and some local dialects such as HTML/CSS/JS-JQuery,
  • You already scaled your ops using one of those cloud services AWS, Google Cloud or Azure,
  • You have been handling (no)-relational databases for a minimum of two years of experience,
  • Solid understanding of software architecture,
  • Experience in building REST APIs,

Bonus points:

  • Additive manufacturing industry experience,
  • Data engineering/machine learning,
  • OpenCV, PERL.

Responsibilities

Your main objective (not restrictive) will consist in:

  • Industrialization project : supporting the development of our customers’ catalogue of 3D printable spare parts,
  • Responssable of the of the distributed production and quality management,
  • Process analysis and improvement: Improving, standardizing and qualifying our production processes, together with our machine manufacturers, research and certification partners,

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of exp,
  • Master degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering,
  • Experience in 3D modelling and printing process (FDM, SLA, MFJ,…),
  • Exceptionally motivated and willing to learn,
  • Team player,

  • Additive manufacturing industry experience,
  • Can get hands into some codes (Python, C++).
