Role Overview:

As a key member of our delivery team working directly under our Operation Head, you will play a crucial role in the operation and delivery of DigiPart Identify projects to our customers. Responsibilities:

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Material Selection: You will be responsible for choosing the most suitable AM materials and conventional options, considering specifications, performances, and durability.
2. Process Recommendation: You'll provide critical insights into AM processes, identifying their capabilities and limitations to enhance project outcomes.
3. Mechanical Specifications and Functional Requirements: You will identify and define the necessary mechanical specifications and functional requirements for each project.
4. Data preparation: You will ensure that all technical data relevant to the analysis are qualified and properly interpreted by DigiPART.

Your responsibilities will offer a unique opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the additive manufacturing field, from recommending individual parts to identifying large-scale needs. Additionally, this role comes with the responsibility of working closely with our COO and the rest of our operational team spread across Europe and Asia. To ensure you are well-prepared for these tasks, we provide comprehensive training on DigiPart Identify project delivery.

As such, your overall mission will be to support the deployment of DigiPART in customer operations.

• Support customer relationship management (meeting preparation & animation).
• Support customer project follow-up in all aspects with a specific focus on:
  • Project timeline management: planning definition and follow-up, identification of roadblocks and escalation, action plan definition and tracking.
  • Project quality steps management.
  • Improvement of internal processes.
• Interface with the different internal & external stakeholders and proper escalation of potential issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Animation of dedicated project and performance review.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with autonomy, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

• Required languages: fluent English is mandatory. French or Arabic are nice to have.

• Working closely with the operations team on ongoing projects to qualify data used by our product DigiPART Identify (up to 80%).
• Improving the quality of historical customer data in our database which is a crucial component in our enrichment process.
• Consolidate and feedback on the non-quality to improve the data extraction methods.

Skillset:

• Microsoft Excel.
• General knowledge of mechanical engineering.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Python knowledge is a plus.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
