Responsibilities

Your scope of work will mainly consist of supporting the company development through procurement and administrative task such as :

  • Daily sourcing activities for the different processes involved in our activities, identification and contracting with new Asia based companies,
  • Daily management of supplier price demand for new products in direct relation with engineering & sales,
  • Daily management and thorough tracking of supplier delivery on time and quality,
  • Daily supplier payment management and tracking,
  • Daily operational review with sales and engineering,
  • Weekly operational review on past and future delivery,
  • Supplier performance follow-up,

Requirements

  • Preferred languages: fluent English and Chinese,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with autonomy, initiative, negotiation, and problem-solving skills,
  • Strong organizational ability required to handle multiple short-term topics,
  • Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, and team-spirited,
  • Strong project management and coordination,
