Headquartered in France with an office in Singapore, Spare Parts 3D provides 3D printing solutions globally to industrial leaders in various industries such Oil & Gaz, Railway, or Semiconductors. Spare Parts 3D digitize inventories of spare parts and make production possible anywhere, anytime in the shortest delay by leveraging on a worldwide network of 3D printers.

The offered position of VP Sales Asia’s mission is to strengthen Spare Parts 3D’s executive team with experienced talent and an agile mind to support the company sales in the region.

Responsibilities

Your main objective (not restrictive) will consist of:

  • Managing the Sales team in Singapore (2 sales full-time now, growing fast)
  • Hiring the next best profiles to join the sales team.
  • Organize and the drumbeat the sales operations to achieve objectives.
  • Coordinate with the VP sales Europe to define the sales & marketing plans for SEA
  • Participate in the Executive committee

Expected experiences:

  • 10+ years in sales and sales management
  • Proven experience as Sales director, especially on fast-growing business/startup
  • Experience in selling service and SAAS preferred.
  • Experience in B2B industrial sector (e.g, maritime, O&G, industrial equipment, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience in Additive Manufacturing is a plus

Compensation:

  • Annual gross salary post series A: approx.160K$
  • Individual and team performance bonus
  • Up to 2% equity vesting plans as part of Executive Committee package
