These Supply on Order terms define the conditions under which Spare Parts 3D provides on-demand manufacturing services to clients. The DigiPART Customer Agreement defines the terms under which customers access and use the DigiPART platform. It covers intellectual property ownership, data security obligations, access rights and restrictions, service level commitments, and the conditions under which the agreement may be terminated.

A key principle of this agreement is that 100% of client data remains the property of the client. SP3D does not take ownership of any parts data, CAD files, or digital passports generated through DigiPART.

Data Accuracy

The information presented on DigiPART is reviewed by engineers before publication. Where applicable, certain material property values have been estimated based on similar materials. While SP3D technical staff does attempt to cross-reference data and investigate the validity of the data, neither SP3D makes any warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the subject matter or accuracy of the information contained herein.

Unit Conversion and Rounding

For the purpose of standardization and display, DigiPART will convert the original data point to equivalent units of measure and round the converted values. This can introduce an error if the converted and rounded value is used in an engineering calculation. Users are advised to use source values when performing precise calculations.

Liability

SP3D shall not be held liable for any type of damages resulting from the use of this information. The user assumes all risk and liability in connection with the use of information in DigiPART.

Material Validation

Once a material selection has been made, it is the user's responsibility to contact SP3D staff to validate the suitability of the material for the given particular application. No material should be used in a production context without prior engineering validation by qualified personnel.
